My new roommate Jared is the best roommate of all the roommates. But I do miss my old roommates sometimes! This morning I was thinking about how much fun we had and what good examples they were to me. I suck at keeping in touch with them unfortunately. So I dedicate this blog to them. This morning I was reading the blog of Kris. She was one of my favoritest roommates when I was at Utah State. Kris was such a good example, instilled in me a love of eating ice cream with a fork, listened to my emotional outbursts until the wee morning hours, and even attempted a sink cleaning expedition at Angie's with me. (Unfortunately she didn't complete the sink, but she did get some money for eating ice cream with her hands or face or something...) Then there was Emily. Also a great example. We shared a love of cowboys, country dancing, decorating our cabinet of quotes, testing treadmills, and also late night talks. We also took pictures when it appeared we were wearing no pants but we actually were. I should also include my "sorta" roommates. There were some neighbor boys who didn't live with us but did live in beloved Edgehill. Jason, Dave, Travis, Clint...we had good times too! Like the one time we piled snow in front of your door. And Dave just carefully climbed out and put the snow back so the rest of the roommates could enjoy it. Many times they helped me get into my apartment because I locked myself out on a regular basis. They let me sleep on their couch when I thought my first Utah State roommate who was CRAZY was going to kill me in my sleep. They also came to jump in my balloon filled room on my birthday. The balloons were my roommate Mindy's doing. Also, thanks George Bush for always being there and always scaring the socks off of us when you showed up in mysterious places such as our bedrooms, closets, and right outside the shower door as we stepped out naked and dripping wet. So thanks to all you roommates and "sorta" roommates out there! College rocked because of you. And because of ice cream with a fork.

Bless you... bless you. (sigh) Oh, such wonderful memories! It was nice to see the wall of snow in front of the boys' apartment, I never knew about that!
I hope it is okay that I am stealing these pictures. I don't really have any pics of us dating, so the one with George is a real treat. The memories of Edgehill warms my heart. Yes, we should be roommates again, even just neighborhood mates. That would be cool. Then we could actually do what we said we were going to do... David: "Kids, go to the Madeos and bug THEM instead of us!" Yeah, I'm sure you would love us as your neighbors! Thanks dude, for the good times. You are the MAX(I) AMY AFM!
Yay for good roommates! How I have missed that as of late... :). Hope all is well on your end!
